Having trouble with french partitives and double-object pronouns in the negative? Well, I was too, so here is a nice illustration that I posted on WordReference with some clarification of my own below:

Q: What are the following answers in the negative?
-- Answer in the negative
-- Answer in the negative

A:
Elle ne les lui a pas proposées. [agreement in part. pass.]
Elle ne lui en a pas proposé. [lack of agreement in part. pass.]

In other words, en placed before the auxiliary verb, les before COI (indirect object)
